You'll find more idiots here, http://news.o2.co.uk/2012/10/12/o2-network-disruption-12-october/
I love the ones who are demanding to let their contracts be ripped up. I assume that they haven't read the small print about outages etc.
I love this comment, 'Why are we not being compensated? If didn't pay our full bill they'd be on us like a shot! Typical company getting too big for it's boots. Will be looking elsewhere for my new contract'
Here is what Mark from Manchester had to say, i copied and paste the idiots wording: 'why arnt you compensating people this time I did not get anythink last time this happened I think you should get your acts to gether and pay up or you will be looseing customers at this rate.'
Donna, among other things had this to say 'Not a happy customer, my daughter was in hospital after an operation and was trying to get in touch with me to go get her, a mobile is so I can be somewhere and still receive important calls,'
I know all of you are experts in consumer law and with that know your way around a mobile phone mast etc so you're right to !!!! your pants and wait to be told what to do.
So if you went to a petrol station and put a tenner of fuel in but you noticed you only got 8 quid worth would you just accept it. Don't think so. Appreciate they can have issues but not refunding the equivalent of a day's service is wrong.
Too many people get on their high horse. If we just accept mediocrity then it becomes the norm.________________________________________
