    You obviously need to sort this out, it's not helping anyone getting invoices , which you said yourself you are going to get one way or the other due to shift patterns. Because the more you get the bigger the chance they may try their luck in the small claims. I know devonlad said the union are not much help but you need them involved and you need a united front from various members of staff to show the people in charge that they are not supplying what you are paying for.

    Ignoring does work but if you are going to get multiple invoices its likely going to come to head, Balfour have been known to take people to court as well as some nhs trusts, these are very limited in the larger scheme of things but you need the full picture here.     They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    We need all staff on board. Power in numbers! I'd love to put an 'anti-ticket' on ticketed winds teens advising them to ignore the fine. I haven't opened mine, it's currently on a lamp post. This situation needs sorting, I really feel for you guys on shift. Guess im lucky as I can usually get parked. What a kick in the teeth to hard working, honest&reliable people. I'm seriously thinking about writing to MPs and the press on this one... They tell us to park in the visitors car park 'if' - read 'when'- the staff car park is full. They expect staff to pay a full day @ visitors rate!!! Like our salary allows for that. Apart from anything else, visitors car parks are for patients!!!!! No wonder visitors complain the car park is always full...

    Could I also suggest that you hit the Trust with an FoI request asking for the full details of the contract and who is making what out of it

    Something along the lines of Supply me with a copy of the contract.

    Do you pay the parking company any money if so how much

    Does the parking firm pay the /Trust any omney if so how much have you received since what ever date.

    Do it by email as you can be completely anonymous. You cannot be asked to prove you identity [EMAIL="janesmith@hotmail.com"]janesmith@hotmail.com[/EMAIL] sounds good!!! or whatever you think
    Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D
