Following another FOI request, we've now got the names of the PPCs who initiated those 845 claims in 2011 (England & Wales only).

Now, if anyone has had letters in 2011 from a PPC NOT on this list, threatening court action, please can you report them to your local County Council Trading Standards Department.

    Where are the UKCPS cases?

    Looking at that list I think it is overstated. I would be willing to bet that very little, if any, of the 47 East Kent Hospitals university NHS Trust cases involve parking.

    Perky has issued 18 claims. I am sure I read the idiot telling us somewhere that he routinely issued claims where payment is not made.

    Observices seem to have issued the most but knowing their record have lost the most as well.

    Overall the chance of being taken to court by a private parking company is akin to that of being hit by a bus. Except when you are looking to change the law and a "best available information", coughs "lie", is called for.

    We asked for all claims initiated by BPA AOS members, which Newlyns are.

    The guy at the MoJ said that some of these numbers may include cases which aren't related to parking.

    I thought they were debt collectors/bailiffs. Certainly never heard of them operating parking services.

    In which case only their client would be able to bring a case, they certainly couldn't.

    I suspect the AOS thing is just there so they can chase up RK details.

    The more eagle-eyed readers will have spotted that Combined Parking Solutions have 18 claims listed, but the outcome of only two 2011 cases are posted on their website.

    Would Mr Perkins like to contribute to this thread by giving us the details of what happened in the other 16 cases?

    Still mystified by the absence UKCPS, who we know take people to court (and usually lose).

    No G24 but unfortunately CSS ( their debt collection rats ) only said they would "recommend" to their client legal action be taken against me :(
