I have seen a thread on pepipoo last year with a Newlyn ticket. I queried it at the time and the OP posted it up; it WAS indeed a Newlyn handwritten fake PCN. I guess they may cover one or two car parks as PPCs?

Interesting to see Northern Rail on there. They're a TOC so I take it their 2 cases were under the relevant bylaws?

Byelaws would be Magistrates courts, not county however there is nothing stopping them going the civil way. Maybe they were multiple charges so more viable doing it at county court.
