Just telephoned sky today, under no circumstances can we cancel until March. Their sky talk tariff guide says

" if you are a sky talk line rental customer affected by the change, you have the option to cancel your sky talk subscription without charge"

Their response ;
" We haven't been briefed on this, there is nothing we can do for you"

Thankfully I can't comment on TalkTalk from experience!
Giving them a call back in a bit to try again ; this time armed with quotes from their t's and C's!
