OMG Kirri I think 95% organic cotton Ben Cohen briefs are an even better find than Tottenham Hotspur organic lip balm :T Well spotted.

Have to say that the briefs just don't do it for me though :(

    Morrisons

There are eight organic wines available at Morrisons wine website
    https://www.morrisonscellar.com - who knew ?

If you've been looking for Yeo Valley organic yogurts in Morrisons you won't find many as they are switching to Rachels.

Online ordering is due to start January 2014 !

^ Must admit I was more looking at the contents rather than the style :p

Just had another look, the boxers are better and still 95% organic!

Re the Asda eco washing powder, I've had it ages ago, not sure how eco friendly it is compared to Ecover, have you checked?? I've not tried any of the other bits in the range as I tend to stick to Ecover as I know it doesn't affect my skin so it's one thing I tend not to change - I got some of the large packs when on offer from Ocado the other week - think it was 5 litres for £7 for the washing up liquid. I'm just doing a trial for Ecover at the moment too so that is handy.

Quite pleased I've just got a free delivery slot for only a £40 spend for Ocado. Trying the Amisa coconut and choc rice cakes and the Duchy choc vanilla shortbread. Started looking at org veg for the gpigs now my plot is slowing down salad wise and not impressed, will have to go back to A&C or Riverford I think for that, Ocado is full of plastic packaging and lots of org veg out of stock. Nearly ordered from Riverford as I fancy trying their rustic rye bread but think I can just about scrape together enough veg this week from the plot so decided to save the money.

Has anyone on here tried the Bacheldre rye flour? I fancy trying it mixed with white in bread making.

We use it for our rye sourdough starter and in bread-making, it's good. Never really had any organic flour brand and thought there was a problem. :)

    Hi peeps :)

I got caught short for milk yesterday. I use a fair bit as I make my own kefir. The nearest supermarket to me is Morrison, who do sell organic milk in the large 4pt bottles, but I was in a great hurry on my way home, and the very nearest other place along the way is a small Coop. Blimey they sell two pint bottles of organic milk for £1.26 while all other supermarkets sell it for £1.14! I looked at a few other prices while I was there - how on earth do they keep in business?
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

    Highgrove organic Christmas fudge 2.95

Kirri I've tried the ASDA eco-friendly bathroom cleaner, washing up liquid and kitchen spray - all fine. How well they stack up against Ecover I don't know. Cheaper though ! I stocked up on Ecover during the Sainsbos offer.

Quasar, not seen organic at all in Co-op even a supermarket in next town. That does sound expensive for supermarket organic milk.

    2.27L/4 pints

    Sainsbury's 1.98 or 2 for £3 to 19/11
ASDA 1.83 or 2 for £3 with no offer end date shown
    Tesco 1.84 or 2 for £3 to 29/10
Waitrose 1.98 from Waitrose or Ocado
Duchy Originals from Waitrose or Ocado 1.98 *unhomogenised*

Yeo Valley 2L is 1.88 at ASDA but 2 for £3 with no offer end date shown and 1.88 at Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. 10% off with Smart Pass at Ocado (1.69)

    Rachel's 2L is 1.85 at Ocado or 2 for £3 to 05/11

Country Life 2L is 1.85 at Ocado or 2 for 3.20 to 05/11

Daylesford 500ml only from Ocado, 65p

Aldi only has Cowbelle 1.14L semi-skimmed organic for 89p

I pay 1.99 for 2 litres Abel & Cole whole milk and 60p for half litre size for OH to take to work.

    Just back from Morrisons..

Picked up some Highland Game 12 venison meatballs (I'm gonna start growing antlers soon) which were 2.59, on offer at 2.29 and YS to 1.85. Got them for dinner tonight, when I got home I found they have pork in as well as E numbers

Snapped up six President unsalted butter 250g on offer at 1.25 (normally 1.55 or if Sainsbury's 1.70 !!) as OH hasn't found an organic butter he likes as much yet.

Heinz organic tomato ketchup is 2.45 Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and 2.44 ASDA

Got huge radicchio for 1.75 from Riverford today and three large shiny mixed peppers for 3.05 again, def nicer than supermarket ones.
