I noticed that Yeo Valley has changed from being spreadable butter to Yeo Valley Spreadable with real butter.

Yeo Valley Spreadable has 65% organic butter 30% organic sunflower oil, water, salt (1.3%). It costs 1.70 at Ocado for 250g, that's 10p more than 250g Yeo Valley organic butter !

Lurpak spreadable butter is 69% organic butter, 25% organic rapeseed oil, lactic culture, salt (0.9%) and costs 1.70 for 250g.

OH likes spreadable for speed of spreading at work but doesn't actually like it much and thought Lurpak better than YV even when YV was spreadable butter.

At home, we have President butter. I will get round to ordering the President organic butter from French Click eventually.

I did used to get the Yeo Valley spreadable, but ound it wasn't very spreadable really. Then we started getting the Yeo Valley lighter one, which was much easier to use, but everywhere seemed to stop stocking it. So we switched the Lurpak, and it's gradually disapearing from all our local shops too. Our supermarkets here aren't great for organic though.

There seems to be only one option for the Riverford box, do you think its worth getting even I don't eat potatoes?

Not all their boxes have potatoes in? They have a few options (seasons box, salad box, fruit & veg mixed box) you could select, are they not showing?

I'm waiting for my A&C order (so are the pets, we've run out of salad...). Went in Waitrose this morning, got the Grove offer (2 x OJ for £4.40), they had YV yoghurt offers on but as it was a smaller branch they didn't stock the Seeds of Change penne pasta which I like :( Had to get Waitrose own brand but they only do fusilli.

No I can only see one box for the half price offer.

The one that is £12.95 originally.

Just bought Nutiva organic extra virgin unrefined cold-pressed coconut oil for £6.99 on offer at Wholefoods, down from usual price of £12.99. The sample had a lovely taste and although I don't use spreads on bread, this is highly recommended for cooking and also for use on hair and skin so will try on dd's eczema!

I assume that the offer is on a specific box but still worth it at half price. Could you give the potatoes to someone?

^ was going to say the same, still worth it and sure someone would have the potatoes :)

I used to get what looked like eczema till I changed everything I was using/eating. I didn't get it that bad though, mostly on arms like inside of elbows etc.

Forgot to add to my Waitrose post, the branch I was in has lots of Neal's Yard toiletries at least 50% off, some were more than 50% off, I was tempted but they were still more expensive that what I use now.
