I've been chargebacked :(

When this happened to me I phoned round Royal Mail until I got thru to the delivery office the parcel was being delivered from and told them it was Ebay Fraud and they agreed not to deliver the parcel. It took a HUGE amount of persistence to finally talk to the right sorting office, but I did get my phone back. The police couldnt have been less interested, they told me it was an Ebay matter and nothing they could do.0

when i sent a mobile phone and then had a chargeback i phoned royal mail but they had already stopped the parcel and were returning it to me!? i have no idea why. it said something like "addressee away" when i got it back.0

maybe they changed their mind cos they had bought this instead

it could be a hijacked account, feedback only 8 and no comments in the last 90 days, anyone interested can see it here
no response to email or messages through eBay, and the telephone number provided through the paypal payment just goes straight to an answering machine with a recorded message in an american accent, just great!
but it does seem more like a chargeback from paypals wording of the 'hold' they have applied to my £115
why didnt i use SD? brothers fault, he got his recorded and specials mixed up at the counter
Was the transaction eligible for PayPal seller protection? yes it was, i did read somewhere when responding to paypals request for further info that if it was signed for (as proof of delivery) I would get my money
What does it show when you check the tracking no.? was posted saturday morning, so may or may not have been delivered today, not showing up on royal mail website yet.0 -

didnt think there was a way of gleaning that info, is this a recent ebay development?
anyway, seems as though its just those 2 phones they have purchased, have just tried contacting the other seller to see if they've been chargebacked too0 -
Please advise where the option is to see what other people have bid on - very useful0

the stupid postman who delivered my item didnt sign off the card on which he collects all the signatures, so my reference number wont be confirmed as delivered online, great
however a woman at royal mail customer services was helpful enough to email me a scanned image of the recipients signature, and also send one out through the post.
only problem now is to get either the elctronic version or the paper version over to paypal, any idea's people?0
