    Evening All

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend. (((hugs))) to those under the weather.

Feeling wiped out today - got up early to go to market - not as good as normal & no veg stall! Then rushed off to Lakeside which was empty when we got there. Have now got school shoes for both children yahay!! (I hate getting school shoes) and some new clothes for DD. We then had to go to Ikea to get some bar stalls for the breakfast bar - how scary was that - it was mad in there - everytime I go I swear other people are there just for a day out! Anyway its done now thank goodness.

Feeling full up - had chicken and sausages as we didnt have last night and DD gave me one of her eggs. Think will go tidy the kitchen and have an early night.

    Evening all :hello:

I hope that you've all had a lovely Easter. I thought I'd better pop in, just in case you were wondering whether I'd gone AWOL. ;)

I'll post properly tomorrow, after I've sorted out this pile of washing that seems to have been created in the 3 days we've been away!

    Buenos Tarde
Well it started off here not stopping to rain, but it has cleared up later afternoon. Went to some friends half an hour away yesterday invited to go and see the Reserection Procession and then a BBQ. The procession was brilliant this was only a small town one, but they had 3 floats and as it hit 11 am then they released Doves/Pigeons and their choir sang the Halleluah (sp) Chorus (in english) very moving. However, must have done too much as my leg was swollen well by the end of the day, so spent most of today with it up, nearly at the end of the antibiotics and does not seem to be any improvement, dont know whether to try and get some more fromthe pharmacist here or see a dr or wait till I get home.

Hope fil is OK Aimee, and regards to everyone (((hugs))) and birthday wishes for over the last couple of days. Cant read all the thread on dial up.

GB the weather should be better by then.

    Evening :hello:

Had a lovely day of doing nothing at all :D and a lovely roast dinner too :D Am now just watching the BBC2 prog about Jackie magazine, which I taped earlier while watching the film on C4. I'm a bit young to remember Jackie magazine in its heyday but I used to pick up the old annuals at school jumble sales in the late 80s :rotfl:

Back to work tomorrow - boo!

donny-gal - the Hallelujah Chorus is always sung in English - English is the language it was written in (Handel was German but spent most of his career as an adopted Londoner - oh yes and he wrote loads of operas in Italian too, as that's what was expected at the time! :D)

Hope your kidney infection is better soon Blairweech ((hugs))

    See you tomorrow
    Rzl xx
