If it had been my previous colour (lots of peroxide) I wouldn't have gotten away with it. Glad to be home, chilling. OH isn't feeling too good. I think he's overdone it after his op.

SS has asked me what I want for xmas, he says he's not buying me perfume again. Budget is about £25. Thinking either mini spa day or a basket weaving class (loved it after seeing Wartime Farm).

Saw that number again, OH thinks I'm seeing it because I'm trying to concentrate on anything but work.

Morning All, I've just fired off another £10 to Beast to cover what's been spent over the last month. My statement (and interest to be added) is due to be made up on the 24th. As this is a weekend, I'm assuming it'll be done after the weekend? I feel bad I've had to borrow £200 out of my 'pension' money to put towards it but other than that by the time the interest was added it would have been up at its limit! I can't have that.

Presents are sorted out. SS is getting me a board game (not practical I know but everything OS I came up with he just moaned "thats not a present"), OH on the other hand is paying for me to do a basket weaving course! :j Its this saturday and I'm so excited! Yes it was a lot of money (£55) but I've wanted to do one for ages and I'm so looking forward to it. The lady thats teaching it is holding it at her house in a large tent in her garden.

Morning All, just fired off another £8 to Beast. Money situation is ok-ish. I'll only have 3.5 days wages this week as thats what I worked last week. I need to get my backside in gear and start doing my tarot again. Left it too long.

How is everyone? I bagged a bargain night before last, 10 free range eggs (well in date) 49p (they were reduced due to the box being ripped slightly!), 12 small scones for 25p, had 2 in with my packed lunch yesterday and 2 today. I had planned to freeze them but SS decided to munch through them yesterday.

Speaking about SS he's back to being his rude self. I heard on the news that the company he works for is paying off nearly 1000 people. OH tried asking him about it and got snapped at that the company he works for was sold ages ago to someone else so it didn't affect him. OH went off on one saying there was no need for his reaction like that. As it turns out (after some googling) the company he works for wasn't sold its still part of the same company. SS has no savings (that we know of, as his car was due MOT'd and he wanted to leave it until he got paid which would have been after it expired!, OH has paid it on condition that he's paid back when SS gets paid on friday). SS isn't keeping his room tidy .... but then again the house does look untidy and when I get home I am waaayyy too tired to think about anything. OH started moaning about it last night, I just ignored him. He realised I was ignoring him as last weekend (and weekend before etc) I have done all of downstairs whilst he's slept the day away. Fed up with him sleeping ALL the time. Any excuse he sleeps. Tried telling him if he's not in a routine for sleep he'll feel worse but there's no telling him.

Got a bargain last night in Mr T's. They have all their gift wrap and gift bags on 3 for 2. So managed to get 12 gift bags (medium ones) for £2.

Morning All, OH had his op yesterday and I'm back at work today. Its as joyful as ever. I'm not feeling well either, really sore stomach, feel sick and food is just a bad word. I'm going from hot to cold and just feel sick all the time. I know, I know I shouldn't be in work but no work = no wages.

That is great, was it very hard on the hands? I have duff thumb joints so my hands are not very strong, I always wanted to learn to make wicker christmas wreaths and the like.

I have a duff right hand maddie but I managed this, and we had different tools to use to keep the tension. The material is soaked so its easier to work with. The lady that ran the class made it very easy to understand and I had a fantastic time.
