Speaking of the codes, has anyone that has used the codes had trouble with returns?
I spotted a post on here the other day in a H&M thread (that i can't find now) about how someone had the £5 code removed when they contacted H&M about something.0 -

Just a friendly word of warning..
Returns are taking forever at the moment. I don't know why it's suddenly got so bad but my last 2 returns haven't shown up after 21 days and i have had to email a scan of the delivery note and my proof of posting to get the items credited back to my account.
Not great in my opinion and if you pay by card and have to send something back you are going to wait an age for the refund to appear.0 -
I don't pay up front, I do pay slip in parcel then if returning anything will deduct price of that before paying. I find returns show up much quicker this way HTH2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please!
