so happy as the jumper i wanted for my little girl but wasnt sure about paying £10 for was included in the sale

This problem with the card was happening on Friday when I placed an order - I tried various cards but it didn't seem to make a difference.
My order went through in the end after I kept at it so may be worth a call to customer services.
As I say don't think it matters which card you use as I tried different and it went through on my regular debit card in the end which was the first card I tried

Applied the codes and the grand total came to £20.75.

My card was declined earlier, but now works, i used two of the codes and saved £8.00. thankyou.0

Card was declined earlier but now working. Codes working too. Placed 3 separate orders. First one using both codes 25% off first item and then £5 off but plus £3.95 delivery. Next two orders, codes weren't accepted but they were for kids jogging bottoms reduced to £2.99 and no delivery charge was added

That's because they add the later orders to any pending orders, so just one delivery charge and as it is one order all together you already used the codes for that order0
