    My sister couldn't check out either with her Visa debit card. Have suggested she ask for a payment slip in the parcel.

    Thanks op, love these h&m sales. Got some lovely kids clothes, that's a few more Christmas presents sorted! I also couldn't pay with debit card, I opted for a payment slip in parcel.

    All the codes worked fine for me.
    Its just declining my card! Really disappointed :(
    EDIT!
    Just after I replied I saw the payment slip advice.
    got a 2 pack of leggings, 2 pack of tights, 2 long tunic dresses and a pair of jeans for £13.60 delivered for my daughter. I'm quite pleased now as she's desperately in need of clothes!

    yep, I have just had it decline a credit and debit card after verifying with the card issuer using the password I use for them. I hate when I have given all details like that.
