I think it's the "Urea" content that does the trick. All the other lotions I have (and I have loads!) are annoyingly not sufficient enough for the feet.
It says on the CCS tube that it contains 10% Urea but I don't know how that compares to other creams.
EDIT: Just looked at Flexitol and apparently that's 25% Urea
