Morning,

Up early this morning and the snow has stopped at last. There are huge drifts everywhere - you can't see the walls across the road. Hopefully that is it though although basically we are snowed in until a plough appears. Poor DS was supposed to have the whole weekend off but his workmates didn't get in yesterday and aren't expected in today so he will be working his 9th day on the trot. (Not a happy bunny) His boss is also a chef though so he took over yesterday and as they were quiet the two of them coped. Can't imagine what the hotel residents would find to do yesterday.
I have the cold too ILC - woke up with a sore throat and runny nose. Hope everyone else is OK. Must get on as we will have a busy time later trying to move drifts from our doors etc.

Nowt for me @ the mo. on Clubcard TV, did try the free parts of Blinkbox, but there were too many ad-breaks!





There were no cans of 410g evaporated milk earlier in store, wonder if people were panic buying?

Hiya All!

Oh my god it's been snowing all night and it's quite thick I've just checked to see if there any delays on the motorway and traffic appears to be flowing normally but what a day to be going away

maybe I should have hired a sledge instead of a wheelchair :rotfl:

must dash as I still have some last minute packing to do before we set off at 11am
