I don't think it will fit. I believe the KM300 is compatible with attachments from the A901 range and later, which was introduced after the A701 models and uses different connectors for the high speed and low speed outlets.
Anyway, I suspect your best option is eBay or car boot sales.0 -
I've been loving following this thread and see what people have made. I don't think anyone has mentioned the focaccia from the kenwood recipe book. I made it for the first time last night and it is amazing! It is really easy, very yummy and looks really posh - far more swanky and foodie that it actually was. I'm definitely go to be making it again (especially when we have friends round:p)0

I was put off making focaccia after seeing the Paul Hollywood on on the Great British Bake-off - it seemed such a faff. I might try the one in the Kenwood book if it's as easy as you say.0 -

Oooh, I looked at that and thought it looked good, glad to know it works well, I might make some during the week.
I also fancied the ciabatta, but that really does sound like a faff!Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

I'd forgotten about the Great British Bake-off technical challenge! But honestly, the hardest thing about thing about this recipe was working out when to start it so it would be ready for our evening meal;)
It was just a matter of make dough in Kenwood, leave to prove for an hour still in the mixer bowl, knock back (just by mixing with dough hook again for 30s). Then roll out, put in baking tray/pan and let it rise again. Use your finger to make the big dimples in it, let it rise for another 10 mintes then add toppings (onion, rosemary, salt and pepper) and bake. Dead easy!0 -
I've just won a job lot of attachments for my chef on eBay for £40. It includes a mincer, the liquidiser, and a spare bowl. It also included some bits which I already have so can sell on again, like the balloon whisk, dough hook and kbeater.
Am very pleased with my bargain, particularly as my eldest DS is being a pain about meat at the moment with the horse meat scares, so hopefully should be reassured if my spag Bol is made from identifiable meat which I've minced personally. :rotfl:0 -

Try putting a clean tea towel over the machine for the first few seconds of mixing. I do this when making butter icing as the icing sugar is so light it flies everywhere until it properly combines with the butter.0
