im in notts if your stuck
note that there are 2 types of screens for these - one with plug type connector and one with clamp type, so i would remove the screen first to check which you have

Hi, could you tell me if the D900i has a different screen to the D900, which appears to be prone to cracking?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I'm aware the only difference between the D900 and the D900i is that the latter has a radio. Unfortunately, I think all these phones have screens prone to breakage in one way or another.

Yes the only difference is the FM Radio, the screens are prone to breakage, just because of the size of them.

im sure the d900i has a different screen to the d900.

d900i and d900 lcd's are not the same. there is only one type of d900 lcd, there is however two ribbon cables for these phone's but the end which is different ie, connector or ribbon, is connected at the main board end not lcd end.
