That's a posh alert on so many levels:

    1) You are going to throw a big party and can afford to
    2) You are booking a band to play
    3) Your garden is so big that it will accommodate both 1 and 2 at the same time.

I think it is a wise move to "out yourself" with posh alerts.

I am impressed though. What sort of band is it?

:o it's an acoustic set of 3 people (plus their manager, I'm guessing) so not really much space required. Our garden is larger than our house (i think we had the plans on here many moons ago). And the band is small, so not the cost of rockstars.

<link removed, PM me if you're really nosey>
Don't quote, I will need remove link to band tonight.

Unfortunately for the rest of the world, the former. We can only hope that OH has a lot of dominant genes.

    Congratulations?

No, not yet. OH has been off the pill since January though. Having said that she had been on it for nearly 20 years so don't expect anything to happen immediately.

missk, followed the link, really liked them. I think I need to add a fourth posh alert though: band sufficiently famous to have just shy of 200,000 views on yt.

Do you get a seat on the train from there in rush hour?
According to Mrs Zag, no- unless you get in the second-last carriage.
Everybody there gets out at Wimbledon (two stops further in) and you can usually get a seat then.

They say you tend to inherit more of your mum's brains and your dad's temperament. Does this bode well?;)

You could try looking through the Ford Ghia Manual that I hope the garage gave you to show you how to activate the code.

My last Ford was a 4 0r 5 digit number that was entered into the facia of the radio.

This MSE link may help you. Good luck.:)
