    Likewise!

On our Valentine's meal I had the starter of mushroooms stuffed with (among other things), mushrooms.

Verdict...they should make things like that more often, and I would eat them.
    :D

    Hello pawlala and welcome. :hello:

Everyone is welcome on the NPT (whether they are actually nice people or not), provided that they behave nicely while they're in here, so come in, pull up a chair, shelter from the cross-fire of the rest of the debate board and tell us whether you like mushrooms. :D
    thanks folks! :)

Yes I do like mushrooms, although the juice of cooked mushies ain't that great. I prefer to cook them in butter for just a few mins until they're slightly glazed or if they're going in a slow cooker meal, I put them in right at the very end.

So pleased for you to have been able to end your week on a high note and to have had success with your smoked cheese and hope that your smoked eggs turned out ok.

I had a lovely day keeping the facia's and soffits clean all around the bungalow also the windows and sills, this will be my responsibility to keep spotless for prospective purchasers.

I always think that cleanliness is so important as it shows that you care about the property that you are selling also it has 'kerb appeal' as well.

This next week should be a very interesting on to see what transpired, we are feeling 100% positive and will try to maintain this view.

Tomorrow morning the Energy Performance Certificate man is calling to test the property, so we hope that it will give a good result. Hope your week goes well for you.:)

My weekend was disrupted by poor sleep patterns due to latest change in life... I did go out, round the corner, got there and thought "now what" and came home again. I'm all unnerved and restless.

Just woke up from a random/unexpected snooze.... 3 hours I was snoozing. Now groggy and yawning.

Maybe a long soak in the bath or a nice shower followed by some warm food, tv and early bed.

Do you like a little beverage to help you to relax:)

I totally agree. Clean Really does give the perception of a well looked after home where less needs doing (possibly because it's often true!)

Don't worry about the EPC,we always strove for high scores but people just don't bother looking at them. I think it should be important as energy consumption is such a massive expensive, but people will vote with their hearts first. We'll build the super efficient house foourselves. I'm currently reading the handbook on how to create a passivhaus. (you may need to look it up, but if it's a forever house you're after, then some retrofitting may be a good idea!)

Good luck with the sale :)
