Debate House Prices
In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non MoneySaving matters are no longer permitted. This includes wider debates about general house prices, the economy and politics. As a result, we have taken the decision to keep this board permanently closed, but it remains viewable for users who may find some useful information in it. Thank you for your understanding.

So, which is more private, posting on here where search engines can't see, but plenty visit? Or posting in the other place which is theoretically visible but no-one finds?
Not got anything exciting to post, but a number of us (me included) post things with the intention of deleting later, to avoid leaving info lying around.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Oh no PN.
Take over the Internet again.
I am starting to write blog posts now for the business.....doing as you told me, writing them in advance.0 -

I really must sort out the other place.... spammers are ripping the bandwidth up, which is why it runs out every month.0 -
I really should be packing, but set myself targets to finish paper work, household stuff, shopping for the flat etc. So now its gone 5pm and everything is done except I haven't opened a suitcase and we leave in the morning!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. It's fine, your post, you can remove if you like, though doubtless there is some part of the web which saves it forever. I haven't got a problem with posting and removing, but I do wonder if there is less traffic in the other place.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Silvercar,
I know you are a seasoned tevallor, and I never do any more, but a tip that always helped me was to keep a list on the computer to print off of things I might need, Each item had a box in which I could write a number and a second empty tick box, for ticking when packing on the return trips....
You just don't put a number in the box of the things you aren't taking.
So, if I took two evening dresses away I new I needed to pack two to bring home, for example.
Most importantly the list let me focus on what I needed at all.....most beach trips you do not need a cocktail dress for example.0 -

Expecting a call within 10 minutes of business close time.
It does sound like an evening out with friends will be your best medicine after your days experiences. Have a good evening whichever way it goes.:)0
