They are my absolute faves. Was disappointed by the truffs in Harrods. Selfridges are good, but not as good as. Even the main Belgian brands like Neuhaus I don't like as much. Hotel Chocolat is my favourite high street chocolate shop. Their easter eggs are particularly good.

One of the downsides of spending time in America is that their chocolate is dreadful. I always take my own with me. Though last time I noticed a Lindt store, which made me a little bit happy.

I do really like hotel chocolate. I particularly like their low sugar pralines. And coffee chocolate from there have been nice...which is nt the sort of thing i Usually like.

I hated Italian chocolate ( and milk and yogurt actually). I Am really fussy about chocolate and I don't care if it's chep or expensive, fancy or ordinary if it tastes ok.

We need pictures of your outfit and FiR dressed as a sheep or a doge.

    I don't have any.

I don't 'do' pictures these days. Dh does but his last sheep suit ones I snapped are on a memory stick that I cannot access ATM.

My camera on macputer is not working since yesterday evening. :(. Getting a bit upset with macputer. I didn't drop it again.

Re posh shops. Can you use at Fortnums? Much more interesting a shopping proposition imo. Their marc de champagne truffles are the best in the world

We get our loose mint tea from Fortnums - it really is the best we have found in the UK.

Well we made it through the storm. Total property damage Chez Generali: nil. Total media interviews given: nil. AIUI it was pretty wild outside at times but I slept through the while thing.

Bunderburg sounds like a real mess. I think a very young child died up there in the flooding, a 3 year old.

I was going to cycle in to work this am but now I'm glad I didn't as there's a lot of crap on the roads: loads of leaves and small branches.

Isn't mint tea just green tea and mint leaves? I couldn't imagine mint tea getting better than being made with a handful of fresh mint leaves.

Green tea is best from the Chinese supermarket IMHO.

Storm update: the high water is going down the Mary River now. It's going through Gympie about now and should be in the ocean by tomorrow.

What remains of the cyclone is heading our way. It's already chucking it down and the forecast is for 6" rain and 100-150kmh winds tonight.

OH's parents live between Brisbane and Ipswich. The house is fine but the winds ripped the cover off the pool pump and destroyed it apparently. Still, better than the roof being torn off the house which happened to a couple of people they know.

I make fresh mint infusion when mint is out, but buying bunches of it would be nt v. MSE, nor as wonderful as picking fresh. We plant our herb beds this spring I hope. Having just pots of some this is very trying, including some of the annuals.

I don't like green tea any more. :o. Don't know why I went off it.
