I don't have enough access to indian fast food. Pakora.. mmm... hardly ever had one though. They're on my list to cook once the days/evenings are lighter. When you come home and it's pitch dark you don't feel like cooking/being adventurous.

Got loads of recipes in my collection for them. 8 recipes, including Takeaway Secret one. I'll end up making the one that has the least ingredients in it.... nothing worse than a recipe that needs 6 spices you don't have. Easier to be just trying to find one.

TS uses garlic/ginger paste, tomato puree, lemon juice, gram flour, dried fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder,.
I have one of those :) Never had/bought gram flour or dried fenugreek leaves, nor fresh coriander. So I have to start with a recipe that contains things I've got/had before :)

    I love fresh coriander.

Pn, if it helps you be brave about wastage, I often omit lettuce from salads and use corriander or flat leaf parsely. Punchy flavours, but More delicious.

My heating providers are Exhibiting at a thing at excel in a few weeks. I feel inclined to be malevolent. I am sure this whim would pass if I could have a hot bath......

LIR I am officially inviting you and DH to come and stay with us one weekend and while here you and DH can borrow the master bathroom for a couple of hours....

Lettuce is the devil's work.... taking up valuable plate space where chips could go!!

Cheques.... need signatures. Which means long enough to find them. Ergo, harder for an occasional bypasser.

Not if you pay them into dodgy peoples' accounts!

If you took a cheque from someone that you knew was a dodgy cheque, you pay it in to your account without worrying what the signature looks like. The money is then in someone else's account and can be paid out with a matching signature and bank card.
