And LIR should investigate getting an online account with them - then you can just log in and extend the loan.... that'd work if there's no queue for the book and give you another option.

I think I can extend online, but you can only do that once. Tbh, I would rather return them all weekly if able too.

I was thinking about viva's suggestion of another person on my account and decided I don't want to do that if I can avoid it. But I am definitely going to go in and see if I have misjudged the parking and and also just have a food look.

It's pretty amazing, in this climate to have a new library, so it deserves to be suported.

Dh wants vegetarian haggis to have. I have never eaten haggis (not keen on lung) but ...when even people who like it talk about the need to get everything to the same consistancy to make it eatable it is a little off putting :o

    Potato and turnips, yum though!

You may choose to eat the dish like my wife does without the need to mash it all together, it is only my personal choice though, tell me what your final choice was if you are a 'brave wee lassie';)

I'm thinking of risking a haggis tomorrow night

I love Haggis, black pudding and any offal. I expect Bertie will be horrified, but I often stuff a chicken with a small haggis.....delicious!

I love black pudding, and some other offal. Sweetbreads, liver(I love liver). I don't mind kidney but would not seek it out...I.e. I like steak and kidney pie. I do think about what kidneys do while I eat them which doesn't help. I have had very lovely tripe that is a bit like pasta.

I don't lilke lung, or stuffed hearts.

What a good idea I never though of that one but will certainly give it a try, I'm game to try anything as I love my food.

I bet the chicken tastes fantastic, I'l toast to that one.

For those of you that just want to try haggis in a totally different way try a 'deep fried haggis' it is shaped in the form of a large sausage this is a favourite of many in Scotland, a snack on the way home from the pub.:)

Being on the South Coast of England I cannot find a chippy that has them:(
