You get a new life every half an hour. So you are rationed how much time you waste.

I'm fed up, I've been waiting all day for tickets from the 5 FB friends who play it. I need 3 people to send me a ticket to continue. Stupid game. Games that require interaction with others, should IMHO, be restricted to those where you actually play against someone else, like words with friends.

None of my facebook friends play it. I'm starting to get addicted to it now but I know it can only end in tears :D

BMX Boy or Skater Boy (same but different) are the best games I've had on the mobile or tablet.

    Just a bit picky ;)

The Kindle app is in the app market for your device.

The app has been written by Amazon for Android, IOS, Blackberry and Windows Mobile so that they can sell books to people with these devices.

There is nothing "dodgy" about this in any way :)

Edit: Double posted with GDB2222 to say pretty much the exact same thing.
Dowloaded it and bought the book. Seems easy to read! Ta muchly

Then delete it. As the levels get harder it is very difficult to complete the levels without friends sending you extra turns and you will have the problem of moving up a level without tickets costing you money.

Took your advice and it's gone now

Shame they spoiled a nice game in that way. I might even have bought it if it was available and cheap.

Have the Herts NP seen the missing child alert?

14 year old Emily Irvine from Hertford was last seen at Ware train station this afternoon, 2nd January.

Worth sharing on your facebook pages if you have them?

Feeling virtuous. Done worst of the yard (not all of it though), tidied the sitting room and cleaned the dining room windows. Now shattered though, lol.

Sleeping in is really bad for me, even if it's just till seven. Getting up just an hour and a half earlier and I have done enough til this afternoons slog on the yard to not feel like a total couch potato.

At the weekend we are going to try taking dog dog out for her first walk. I need dh there, because she will have to stay on the lead and for all her wonderfulness she is not going to like that. If the weekend goes well hopefully normal dog walking can go back on the schedule. Big dog loves our fields, but it's not stimulating enough for the other two as a total alternative to public walks, and ATM its not safe for dog dogs leg......just two wet. We will go up on the hills at the weekend.

Diamond Blast is pretty good when you play it in action mode.

It's quite like Bejeweled but you play against the clock and can get bonus time and points for various things.

It plays better than you think it would. I know he would like it after a couple of go's :D

The endless mode is a bit boring as you just keep going and going.

    Let the challenge begin! ;)

    I looked. Android only. :(

You are up at 5.30 usually? That's still quite dark, but you must feel good about getting lots done by the time other peeps are just waking up.

MIL-dog loves the woods round here. There are lots of scents from people and other dogs and foxes, and of course there's the attraction of barking at / chasing squirrels**. I can well imagine that a field with horses in has limited attraction.

** Dogs are total carp at catching squirrels. The tactics are completely wrong. Do you think that's trainable?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I'm surprised as I thought both had most things these days.

DD has an Iphone and I have a Samsung Android and Temple Run is much easier on the Apple than the Android, for us both. Weird how games are different over different platforms.

I get up a bit earlier in summer. But yeah, I like to be showering not long after the rest of the country if possible, so I can be less animal more human. I just have way more energy at that time of day, and I like the quiet more than most.

Our fields have pheasants which are fun to chase, sometimes deer. Often hares (they LOVE chasing hares, but dog dog must not ATM).

Whether dogs would be good at squirrel catching depends partly on what their other skills are. Any sort of retrieving dog, for example, won't be as statistically likely have the same bred in skills or desire. Because we have been selecting for years to make them not chase to kill, but to cAtch what we kill.

I am not far off attempting to train a killer for the first time. Having tried to ensure during babyhood that he knows chickens and cats are not for killing. It's a difficult balance to drive. Have I over inhibited prey drive? Will it be able to be focused enough onto vermin? We will see. Hopefully this time next year I will know how well I have done, Or not!

Edit: what dog dog really likes and the kiwi really needs is meeting other canine people. That's what stimulates them, and variety. Big dog is quite content and prefers a routine, but variety, new places, new smells, it's more stimulating and exhausting both than a long walk on know territory. :). Also there are plenty of modern dog trainers and behaviourists who would argue with me on the breed thing. The new common saying is 'deed not breed' when applied to staffies in particular, but aggressive dogs, people say judge the individual. The fact remains that people are drawn to dogs because of traits easily trainable into them (and looks) and so while their will always be individuals who break the mold then making a discrimination crudely by breed is a bit like saying 'graduates only' when advertising a job, you know their are grads who cannot do it, and non grads who can, but you hope to give your self the best first cut possible from 'everybody in the world who needs a job' for your first long list.
