I bought a foot pump in dunelm for £5, it came with 4 different nozzle ends.

Got an eletric one from Aldi for 5.99, multiple nozzles and it deflates as well.
    I think....

Yeah, a nice big sheet of Thirst Pockets always does the job when loo-roll has run out.

From experience, it's really quite easy to block the drains up and redecorate the driveway with kitchen roll. Designed to be different to loo roll it doesn't break down when flushed. :rotfl:

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Cheers. Without the internet I've not been able to look for things. I know where Dunelm is - went there the other week .... got lost on the way back though as I was guessing the route.

I might see if I can get there before they close one night this week.... touch and go as it'll be right through and across town's commuter traffic.

If I am lucky I can just catch Ar-goose before they close to do the swap out (if they have one in stock)... so that could potentially be tomorrow. If achieved, I could attempt Dun on Wednesday.

Can't wait until Saturday to do it. Got other stuff I have to do Saturday. That's the trouble with working, can't get to shops except Saturdays.

I'd have gone for that if it'd been available. Aldi's closer and that sounds easier/better. But with their stuff you have to wait until it comes round again - then be lucky enough to get one.

For this reason I always separate the sheets, then tear them into 2-3 pieces. Wouldn't ever use a whole sheet 'as is'.

I agree with you. The rest of my family, not so much clearly. How does anyone acheive precision with handfuls of paper?!

My first post on the NPT was #1607 on the first thread. I was surprised to see all the same names! It was in response to a youtube song link by all the sss's from youtube. I actually remember posting but I don't know what the song is as my phone won't open the link to youtube.

My first ever post I can remember making, it was in response to someone looking for a building plot in my locality. I pointed them
In the direction of one. He ended up buying a house in a not great part of the next town along. Shame.

Do people remember when the forum got attacked and evrything, all the previous posts ever were lost? People had to ask to have the most useful things retrieved first iirc.

PN a lot of us have had trouble connecting here over the last day or so.
Noticed now it's back there's a new spam button. Did they have to change it for trademark purposes or summat?;)

My first NP post was about life expectancy; I had to teach about it and on NP4 somebody had a link to a site that calculated the chance of reaching 100 depending on age and gender. Now gone I'm afraid :(
