I am so pleased that you got it sorted LIR. I didn't like the idea of your being without meds.
:TNo reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Thank you. You are very caring. Like an MSE uncle or big brother.
Now you can worry aout why my stupid ruddy new boiler has quit working:mad::mad::mad:
On a Saturday afternoon. What a wretch. I was defrosting nicely.
No worse off than before, and house is warmer to start with so should be fine till next week.0 -

Have you checked the water pressure on the boiler? It's about the only user-serviceable item.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Ours is funny because it's wood pellet, so it's interactive I. That we feed it.
We have been asked not to do any fiddling ourself until system is proven. The errors seem to be reading on the screen as
1. No fire/ fuel. ( well, there is fuel in it)
2. Boiler overheating
3. Burner sensor open
4. Communication with sensor dropped.
Honestly.....this is the one thing I would seriously undo about the project. It's been not ping tomplan from when instalation started and this was near the end of its first working week, day seven and its flopped.0 -
Fuss and bother, lir. I wonder what ping tomplan is. I do hope the bolier starts ping tomplaning again soon though as it's cold outside!
The thing is a nightmare. H handed me a book of very funky pellet boilers but no way am I getting one until yours proves itself. Such a shame that it is an infant market and that it had to go in at a time ehen it would be needed immediately, if not yesterday . July would be a better time to run out of hot water and nit have heating.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
