i don't think you would need disclaimers for [1] - just say that no-one running in [1] would be tested for drugs. the trouble is that [2] would remain the prestige event, so people would still attempt to cheat in [2] by taking drugs and attempting to evade the testing regime.

No - and it couldn't be done anyway; tiny room that's actually just a reception room .... at the bottom of the stairs, by the kettle.... 3 people and all screens have the back to the wall, so anybody/everybody and his dog passing through can see what you're doing. To be honest, I doubt the distance/space etc even meets fire regs.

I just checked regs, 'recommended' space seems to be double what's there.

Not sure if visitors here would be appreciated - and I've only got one small freezer basket, not much room for frozen kebabs because of the all the soddin' frozen breads I've got in there... and, of course, chips. It's one of those annoying freezers that ices up ... not an auto-defrost lovely one - it's virtually impossible to get the basket pulled out ... and it's not mine to decide to defrost. I do hate not being able to make the rules and do the choosing of things so they're right

Maybe wait until I've ..... moved.
