    I love massages. Love 'em.

Sigh, I am so out of the habit of organised pill taking. I have enough for tonight and tommorrow but totally forgot to put the repeat prescription thing in today so I will run out over the weekend. :(

Do you have a regular chemist? They can sometimes rush something through otherwise the dr will help an emergency one.

Also, a pill box helps. When you dispense a week's worth of pills you realise when it will run out :)

And I love massages. Absolutely ADORE them.

    Seconded (both parts).
See if the Dr can sort you out with a prescription, or talk to your pharmacy. Especially if it is one that you use normally, they may well be able to give you an 'advance' before you get your prescription. Especially for important medications.

I like massages too, though it has been a very long time. I have had quite sore shoulders recently, so I think it is needed (what a shame).

Remember people saying how they liked American sweets? I have been bored so I have taken an inventory of what I have:

    Almond Joy
    Butterfinger
    Crunch (Nestle)
    Dots
    Kit Kat
    Lemon Head
    Laffy Taffy
    M&Ms chocolate
    M&Ms peanut
    Milk Duds
    Milky Way
    Musketeers
    Nerds
    Now and Later cherry
Peanut Chews (original dark, milk choclatey)
    Reeses Peanut Butter cups
    Reeses Fast Break
    Sassy Sours
    Skittles
    Snickers
    Tootsie Rolls (4 different sizes)
    Tootsie Roll lemon
    Tootsie Roll lime
    Tootsie Roll vanilla
    Toy Story jellies
    Twizzlers
    Werther's Original apple and caramel
    Whoppers

Most of which I can't stand. So if there's ever an NP meet up on the horizon, please feel claim to select your favourites and I'll keep them. After all, they are American sweets so have a life expectancy similar to the radiation at Chernobyl.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I have had so many chemist issues tis summer. Been given the wrong pills once, I noticed in the shop thank goodness.

Then they didn't have enough of what I needed soi had to drive to tesco where they had some, but an epileptic wanted them too, so we agreed to split the box and go back.

Now I am using the Gp dispensary but they need two working days.

We came back in 1st class too.....

I had always wanted to give 1st class a try but the cost put me off, so it was a lovely surprise to find out that the trains in this area have the wheelchair space in the 1st class carriages.

I have to say the experience was amazing, the staff so helpful and nothing was too much trouble even though I still had difficulty accepting that help. A big thumbs up to the staff though, they made what could have been a stressful and difficult journey trying to manhandle the wheelchair on and off the train into an absolute dream.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
