Hi - Thanks for the info on the S&G sets. I bought one of these on saturday from a store in Derby but just wanted to warn that when I got it home and checked inside there was an item missing. They still had a lot left on Sunday so swapped it without any problem but it may be worth checking inside if you have bought these and put them aside for Christmas presents.0

Ooh after the suggestions to check the contents I just opened mine and it has two of the lip balm in it and nothing missing.

Mine arrived tonight (was due tomorrow) Yodel delivery person decided to launch it over the gate, so glad I checked inside (as it is a gift for dd). The body butter was smashed to pieces and had coated the other items. Smells gorgeous, but very messy! After spending 10 mins on hold on the phone I decided to clean it all up and decant what I could save into other containers. Because I knew I would not be able to get a replacement. So please do check inside your boxes as they do not have a stuffing inside:)
I would still call up customer services as they are usult really good and will maybe compensate you with some points to purchase new body butter in store...0 -

A couple of years ago a similar thing happened to me and when I called CS they refunded me for the 2 damaged/missing items and what was left only cost me about £5 after the refund0 -

I just rang boots as my order should have been here by now for the S&G sets. They've "gone missing"...
I think I have to be the unluckiest person going just now, I also ordered the big city wooden rescue centre from ELC, it also "went missing". Hope the gits that stole them have a nice Christmas, coz you've ruined mine
