Boots Christmas weekly star gift

I ordered 3 sets of the S&G on Friday morning.
I received a confirmation email on Friday and they are due for delivery tomorrow. However they have not even been dispatched yet or my card charged?
I did use a £10 off a £75 spend code and I am wondering if that is the problem?

Is anyone else still waiting for them to be dispatched?

well I am annoyed :mad:

I havent got ANY money in my account.I have the cash but I cant get to the bank so I cant order the No7 set today. Im sooooo annoyed why only do it online :doh:


On a side not S&G hasnt sold as well in my local store (Leamington Spa, town centre) last year I was in there 8:30am friday when it went on offer and they had sold out by saturday afternoon, went in earlier this morning and they had loads left, easily 30 that I saw on 1 display there may have been more upstairs.

I just called Boots and it seems my order got 'stuck' so the lady said they would push it through now. Fingers crossed it will come by Friday!

I've just tried again, and still managed to get one in my basket.
So it seems the problem lies with Boots.com or your browser?

i've just been able to add one to my basket too.

you should maybe be careful or you might just end up with a reputation.
