Boots Christmas weekly star gift

Thanks for the warning about the S&G sets going missing in the post. I had ordered online on Friday to be delivered instore before giving in and buying one for myself on Saturday, while passing Boots. However despite doing collect instore - which i thought would be safer - the online order still managed to go missing.
Customer services said they could only refund the order and said if I could track any down they could save them instore but I would have to ring round myself. Fortunately I called Derby Wyvern who still had quite a few and put some aside for me - but did also offer to honour the reduced price if I couldn't get in there today.

does anyone know when the Boots sale starts online? it has been earlier than in store which is boxing day in past years but am struggling to find out when!!

Meant to add that while I was collecting the S&G I bought two 17 gift sets (lip crayons & eye crayons) as part of the 3 for 2 and got an extra £5 off (they were £10 each). Have checked online and it looks like there is also a buy one get half price on some of the 17 stuff - which obviously works as well as the 3 for 2. There is also a free gift with 17 at the moment but unsure if it also works with this as I had my two year old with me & he was driving me mad so didn't have a proper look round.
Sorry - not strictly related to the star gift - but thought it might be useful to someone.

I have ordered a few items over the last week, the S&G gift last week which eventually got delivered on tuesday, and when the No7 set was online i ordered it plus some other things like the Armani Diamonds deal, had it delivered today, in all day, hear a knock at door, get to door noone there except a note saying my order is in my brown bin! so off i go through the rain to the back garden, and there is nothing there.

I am so fizzing mad at the moment as it was gifts for christmas, im going to get on the phone to CS as it said delivered but not sure what to do?? will they be obliged to send me a replacement, it makes me worried to wait for a delivery which is meant to be signed for and not to arrive again, if anyone has any advice i would be much appreciative!

Yes I agree the bag provided is a bit random........ (the way its designed).

I bought the number 7 set (from me to me gift :rotfl:) but I've been wondering since whether it would have qualified for the 3 for 2 xmas gifts ? I know the S&G set didn't qualify but I didn't think to ask/check when I bought the no 7 gift.

Hi - no it didn't ... just bought 3 and was £90

All ready for Xmas now ... and relax

For anyone in the Leicester area looking for the No7 sets, there are loads still left in Beaumont leys (I counted atleast 70 scattered around)

Yikes :eek: I bought mine at something like 8.05am on Wednesday. The lady scanned it and the price read £65 :eek: but someone senior was stood next to her and they did whatever they needed to do on the till and it went through at £30. I was talking to someone in work today and they said some of the products inside retail at £20 odd pounds each :eek:

Talk about last minute! Just had a phone call from the Boots branch I have my orders delivered to to let me know the S&P I ordered on the 14th have finally arrived! Another errand for OH to run......:D
