1p and 2p supermarket bargains

We bought a Diary of a Wimpy Kid DVD, marked at £3, but scanned at 1p. Nerve-wracking moment when the SA came over to check we were old enough to buy it

Bought 'cheaper by the dozen 1 & 2' double DVD for 1p at Basingstoke Chineham yesterday, there were other dvds in the reduced area but I didn't have time to go back and check if they were also 1p

Got some energizer kids headlights today for 1p.

Not bright enough for my late night walks but alright for general use. Or if you're me, putting one as an extra "collar" on your dog for when you let them off the lead in the dark - it worked fantastically for that!

Half price at Mr T - some of the lookylikey brands just taste like white powder - we stock up on these offers when we can

Yes. It's all about Tosco.
You'll quite often see [EMAIL="T@sco"]T@sco[/EMAIL] spelt incorrectly cause the theory is it makes it harder for the T spies to track down the 'offers'. Though I suspect it makes no difference and they are fully aware of the threads

Managed to get metallic silver effect paper plates (8 pack) for 1p in T£sco Bald*ock store this morning. Still lots left on the shelf. Pointed them out to some other ladies who were looking for party plates but they looked at me funny and left...I won't try to do a good deed next time. I did buy 10 packs for school to use

Found some of the pen sets at Edinburgh Fort but the SA took them off me. Oh well, you win some....there's plenty left on the shelf though if someone else wants to try. The 18 and 31 codes are mixed up together though, make sure you check the back of the shelves.
