My ebay sales are going well but still no enough for a flat.
Looked into shared ownership and think this is possibly the way i need to go so atleast i own part of something.....went to see one today that was fab -£48k for 40% then came home a cried as i realised i cant afford the deposit......oh well keep saving little bits and hopefully next year i can move out.

on a massive plus side i thought id check my credit file and it is rated as good - verging toward excellent so this has proper cheered me up as I always fear it would be bad or fair as i had a lot of debt when i was younger (i thinks banks are also to blame giving cc and laons to 18 year olds, but obviously i am to blame too) but i have paid alot off, i only have 1 cc left at 1900 and i am in my overdraft at the mo but ill be out of it come pay day.

Well the hours have ticked by and I have completed one of my tasks - construct a letter to FONESURE. Might not get anywhere but I can't leave it so long that I look back and regret it! It amounts to £324!!!!

Scored overtime for this Sunday ( 8 hours ).. possibly more booked for the following Saturday night and the Sunday after that. That's three weeks "hopefully" secured.

:DI am literally going to load it up and hit it hard!:D

Am doing a mad !!! Emergency Responder course at the weekend ( non job related ) so I might free lance myself as a slightly inadequate nurse - oh err!

No seriously it is a real course but £300 online you can do a Book-Keeping course.. Worth breaking down over 12 months?.. Still looking into this..

Happy your not alone... what about dog walking? Or anything in your area like that.. we are currently having such superb weather why wouldn't you want someone's pooch to look after outdoors..:rotfl:

im with the halifax so its £1 per day - im at -£771 - payday next week so +£1450 plus any commission so ill be out - then its staying out!

Should I mention the recoup of the £13.50 train fare.. ooooh okay then..

No.7 did their little skin analysis foundation color thingy for me a few weeks back. It was too dark. I brought it back and the kind assistant gave me a sample of the correct color to take home as they had none to sell me in store... ( although she gave me enough to last a week or two and at least to payday!!!! )...

She also refunded me £12.50 for said foundation.. despite me buying it on the 3for2 offer AND with the vouchers ( £3 skincare and £5 off make-up )..

So my £25 worth of goods cost me £11.50 but they refunded me £12.50..

Not bad eh?...

Now I need to spend another £10 this Saturday - maybe I should just take the bike....

my dog ate my to do list muhahaha .......... i dont want to get too excited but oh could be getting an hefty bonus So it will clear some negative wealth yipeee but i will celebrate it more when it shows up xx
