extreme snow and winds esp midlands, east and north ie most of the country. First few days of jan, v serious stuff. 20% could be wrong but I doubt it going on current form

Oh god. I hate driving in the snow..

Tomorrow am going to double check what I have in the car for emergencies, top up screen wash bottle etc, put everything in one place as at the moment it's like a skip with wheels.

yes whole country Mar, get hibernating stuff ready. I can`t use the words he used but its a real worry one. Lower midlands up to the top and angled right down the east from the west for the worst but also everywhere BUT not 100% positive as pressures can shift. I am not making ANY appointments

Is there a link to the weather report anywhere? We have plans for next week so I'd like to take a look and see if we might be affected badly or not so badly.

PC has updated his public forum page, relatively lots more hints on it. No more from me sorry but if travel is essential and you can afford the winter sub then it is well worth it

Thanks for that Kittie! Wow, don't quite get all the stuff they talk about but they sure are warning of some pretty hairy weather on its way that's for sure! We've not done too badly through this last bout of bad weather but you can't dodge the bullets for ever can you.
