  • Ive been out in the garden since 7:20 this morning doing the last prep to it before the winter arrives. Other than giving it a quick cut hopefully in Nov, Its good to go. Its going to seem strange tonight when its not lit up but needs are must.

The winter clothes have now been arranged therefore leaving a list of new items needed. I didn’t relies just how much we have out worn some clothing that’s now past repairing.

The winter curtains have now been washed & are ready to go up this coming weekend. My plan is to try and find a suitable window cleaner to come out, Give all the windows, Sils & guttering a good clean out - Then I’ll be washing the nets & putting all fresh up!!
    Future goals:
    Become debt free.
    Beat Depression.
    Be happy & healthy

My winter planning seems to have ground to a halt so I have revisted my list this morning. We still need to:
    • Tidy up back garden, put sandpit and garden furniture away
    • DH to winter check my car
    • Salt for drive
    • Prepare box for my car - torch, blanket, choc, de-icer etc
    • Torches for house
    • Hat, gloves, scarf for DS
    • Waterproof trousers or similar for DS
    • Dubbin walking boots
    • Winter shoes for DH and DS
A big one to add is to sort our garage out as it still contains the stuff out of our loft from the summer. We had loft insulation fitted at very short notice and everything got dumped in the garage. We have had a big clear out but unless we store what's left properly the mice will eat it and the damp will ruin it.
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75

Thanks for the reminder about bits for the car.

Lidl do a really good window cleaning spray. It's a blue liquid in a spray bottle. Looks like de icer. It's brilliant stuff.

3 things aim to do this week:
Bulk buy washing powder & dw tablets (anyone know if Ariel biological is on offer anywhere?)
Bulk buy beans, tomatoes and soup (didn't manage that last week)
Get next order for prescription meds in
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage
:cool2: Cherryprint: "More stuff = more stuff to tidy up!"
Less things. Less stuff. More life.
 Fab thread: Long daily walks
