Sending best wishes to Rising.
NSD #6 for me on thurs, but spend day yesterday, even though i wasnt supposed to.
My boss has been having a really sh**ty time with one of our night staff, and its really affected her. This staff member is being a horrible little c*w despite my boss doing everything she could to help her. So i got her a box of chocs and some flowers.
Spend day today as usual, hoping for my next NSD tomorrow.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
No more NSDs captured here, but I am very pleased because I stretched out my last few bits of fresh food and riffled through the store cupboard and managed not to go groceries shopping until yesterday! And all the meals we had were very good - makes you realise just how little you can get by on when you have to.
The big shop at Lid* yesterday and the small shop at Ald* today will mean that we shouldn't need food except maybe milk for at least a week. So I am determined to keep going until then!
Kids are back to school and DH back to work next week, so I get my peace and quiet back!Trying to keep in budget.

Good afternoon folks,
I hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far:)
Things have been busy as usual with work etc and the weeks just seem to go by very quickly at the minute. Declaring NSD13 for Thursday, although no NSD yesterday as I did the grocery shopping:). I'm hopeful for an NSD today, but will see how it goes as I haven't decided if I'm going out or not:)
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and am sending hugs to anyone who needs them, as I haven't yet caught up with any posts. If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

Good well vibes to Rising
Thursday and Friday were spendy days - but I did have a good excuse for Thursday, the DWP finally saw sense and put me in the ESA support group and not the WRAG :j:j:j so I took Dr Dragon to the local pub for beer/cider/burger/veggie burger/chips!
Friday I headed back to the pub 'cos I could (although I nearly had to stay in as I couldn't shut the front door from outside! luckily the neighbour came past and gave it some "wellie" and got it shut:rotfl:)
Today though has been a NSD :j:j:j taking me to 13 please!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Beautiful evening out there today. Only a few clouds, pretty sunset and not even a trace of breeze. The trees are as still as anything. Were it not for the cars going by, it looks like a photograph out there.
Anyway, NSD10 for me! Pleased to have reached double figures at last, after a pretty shoddy start to the month in all. Hopefully tomorrow should be a NSD as well! I'm quietly confident of getting to my target...
Tonight is the last episode of 'Pillars Of The Earth' on More4. Has anyone else been watching it? It's been a fantastic series! Apparently it's a repeat, but I must have missed it the first time around.Because it's fun to have money!
