Non payer
Comments
-
Have put two old mobile phones on Ebay recently, had to relist the first one twice, because of non payers, and the second one I have just had to relist, so that's three non-payers on just two items.
The strange thing is that they all follow the same pattern, you list them, immediately you get three or four requests offering silly money (all from low scoring bidders), the price then gradually rises normally with a genuine looking bidder winning, then at the last minute someone (again with a low score) wins the item, and then never to be heard of again.
To me it appears to be some sort of scam going on here, and at the risk of my post being removed or edited, all these so called 'winners' and early requests for a quick buy are from non indigenous names.
To make the matter worse, even after reporting them they still remain (still showing 100%)and one is unable to leave negative feedback, after ones fees have been recovered.
Wow! You have just described what has happened to me. I am selling a mobile phone. It's just been re-listed, and yes I've had silly money offers (like before) and at the end of the auction some-one steps in and 'buys' (like you say a foreign name) so from what you said this is going to happen again. :mad:Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0
