As far as I know you can't block PO boxes.

Can I leave feedback for the non payer?

I think you can block PO boxes in the same section where you choose which countries you will send to.

No, if you complete the NPB process then neither side can leave feedback.

As above, a seller can only leave positive feedback anyway.

Does it mean that buyers can get away with non-paying? :(
Is there any punishment for them at all?

When the case is ready to be closed you can leave feedback saying they didn't pay then close the close BUT you're not supposed to do that as you're only allowed to leave "good" feedback & it can get removed.

But i've done it before because I'm getting sick of non payers.

One recently, there was 5 of us left feedback for the same person saying they didn't pay and they still had their account, they didn't lose it.

I've never bid on something & never paid for it in my life, why people bid and don't pay is beyond me.

If you file a NPB, they will get a strike. Sellers can block bidders with too many strikes, so eventually they will be limited to what they can buy.

They will of course still have their account as sellers like you mean that all ebay see is a buyer with positives. As soon as you leave a fake positive it is possible for a buyer to get the strike removed as well, so that means they can buy from people like me that would otherwise block them due to the '2 strikes or more ' rule. It also means that if sellers use the 'block bidders with no card on file and 5 or fewer feedback' you have allowed those bad buyers to get round that block as well- I am sure all those sellers are very happy with you.

Please do NOT reward bad buyers with a positive.

I kind of feels unfair that they (The non-payer) get away with it, and as metoyoubear says, it's annoying that people do this. I have NEVER not paid for an item, so it baffles me why do people do this! Sorry, rant over!

  • If you go into myebay>seller account>site preferences>buyer requirements.

You can block overseas bidders there, buyers without a Paypal account etc

You can't block first time buyers.

Thank you. What about PO Boxes?

You need to set your preferences to two ways using the directions by metoyoubear.

In postage and packing preferences, select:
Exclude postage locations from your listings YES EDIT and add the countries you want. In there under ADDITIONAL OPTIONS is to block PO boxes.

    Then.

    In Buyer Requirements:
Block buyers who have a primary delivery address in a location I don't post to.

Ensure it is selected for all LIVE listings by ticking the 'apply the above to all future and live listings'.
