Quick query.

On the page for the Sky codes, it states "Sky World: £17/mth instead of £34/mth"

Sky World is £55.50/mth going by this

Yes, that is strange. Sky World is indeed £55.50 a month. It hasn't been £34 a month for about ten years (that's just slightly more than the price it was when I joined Sky all those years ago).

In theory, no.

However, I missed out on this codes the other day. I phoned Sky on a whim and played out the old sob story of missing the codes due to working at the time and that I was interested in Sky TV but couldn't justify paying full price.

The girl spoke to a manager and I got offered any package for half price.
"I don't know why they agreed to it as it's for new customers only" was her reaction.

If you don't ask, you don't get.

Thanks Martin + team, could never previously justify the £50 per month outlay for Sky but with multiroom and Sky Sports coming in at less than half that with your magic code I'm delighted:j

Delivery booked for Tuesday so the weekend of Ryder Cup is at my fingertips and I'll save 6 months subscription and half a stone in weight by getting out of the pub:beer:
