    Oh yes - it's a perfect circle really - we buy c@rp from eBay, which they charge fees for and Paypal charge fees for and then we sell it on again, with more fees from eBay and more fees from Paypal. It's like that song from the Lion King:

    "From the very first day we decide to OP-eeee
    And emerge with our tat in the su-nnnnn
    Ebay and Paypal are wa-iting
    To charge us fees for our fun" :rotfl:
  • If I over charge on postage I refund them, so I only make 20p on the packaging but that way the buyer sees I'm honest and hope they will come back and buy more - which has happened :j
    Mortgage 2nd Oct 2012 = £142,615.61
    MFD - Dec 2041 :eek::eek:
    Mortgage 20th Sept 2013 - £139,296.31
    OP 2013 = £800
    MFW 110 - OP 2014 - £867.50/£1000

    I have done if someone buys two things and pays before I can send an amended invocie (though sometimes it's cheaper to post separately :wall:.
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    You sound like a very nice person, but I don't know if I'd bother for a few pence (and I don't think I'd expect sellers to do it for me as a buyer). eBay is generally a good deal for all (cheap goods for buyers, some cash in the bank for sellers). I suspect that it's all swings and roundabouts.... :)

  • I agree NP, balancing various items on my already dodgey set.....
    Although DD3 helped me weigh everything the other day (i can now blame her!) and DD2 cry is "can we sell this?" today when clearing her room. DD3 pointed out that as this was their stuff, they should get equal share in any money made. Even DH saying "shall we keep this?" when about to through out potential packaging.
