    Food for today:
    Cornflakes & milk
    Plain bread toast & butter
Mini pork pie, mini sausage roll, salad, tomatoes, cucumber, grapes
    Muller corner yoghurt
Squash, chicken & couscous one pot
    HM strawberry crumble
    Orange juice
3 cups of tea so far

Looking at everyone else's food diaries I think I eat too much.

Natty, don't forget to put in your diary any time that you bloat so you or the doctor can look for a pattern. Incidentally tonight is my first episode so far this week :(

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I just note when I have truly ballooned to pregnancy proportions and when it is sore if that helps. I am a tad round on the tummy but am trying to work on that so I only have bloating to contend with and not both.

I don't seem to get sore, but sometimes my tummy feels rock hard, and I feel like I need winded like a baby. I will take note though.
