I'm always too hot as well, tilly :o Definitely not sock weather here on the West Coast.

natty, can I ask how much you pay for your lady gym, please?? Just roughly, if you don't mind. And what do you get for your money ~ is there a pool, keep fit classes included etc?? I'm going to look into my local gym when I get home.

    In the meantime...

I've decided I'm going to give tomato crisps another try ~ when in Scotland & all that ;) I draw the line at white pudding though :p

Hi pink poppy - I go to cur£s (it's a franchise so you would be able to google). I pay £29 every month (can go as many times as I like, however it's closed on Sundays). It works for me as only 30 mins in total and no mirrors!!!! Also, as long as I go, I can eat tomato crisps and white pudding suppers:D

You could look into joining your local authority gym/pool facilities as usually this works out at very good value.

PS. Best not mention my hot water bottle usage ;)

....I think I may have turned into a sloth, and may find it difficult to return to work, unless of course they put into action my suggestions of afternoon nanna naps and generally pleasing myself.

The planned day with my daughter has been rescheduled, as she had some Uni work to complete. 'That's okay' I said 'I have Uni work to do also'. I am pleased to advise that the mono block paving on my front drive is weed free and thoroughly swept, and further weeds have been uplifted from the back garden. My tutor will be pleased with me :o

    I know it's early, however as I have already eaten my tea, I can report today's food diary as follows;

#Porridge (with dash of maple syrup leftover from Shrove Tuesday)
    #coffee
#HM garlic bread, salad and handful of kettle crisps
    # remains of sparking elderflower
    # 5 marshmallows (they're fat free!!! who knew:A) dipped in melted Cadbury choc (not fat free:eek:)
    # handful strawberries
    # lemon sole, oven chips, veg
    # cup of tea (not actually had yet, however I have a feeling I'll want one soon)
#actually, let's add 4 squares of chocolate to that also

    Good
I did go to lady gym and entered Miss B and Miss G egg shades into the F&B paint competition :A

    Naughty
I'm meeting a work colleague for drinks next week - I won't drink either side though - dryaugust here I come ;)

This evening I have been looking up the health benefits of coconut oil.

Yes kids, we've had juicing, we've had exercise, we've had going out randomly wearing jimjams, but now, I am delighted to announce nattypants latest craze...you heard it here first......(drum roll).....let's embrace the world of COCONUT OIL :T:T:T:T:T:T

Do you know you can; eat it, drink it, put it on your hair, put it all over your body, cook with it, give it to your dog, put it in your bath, put it into smoothies, put it on your toast???????? No?????? Me neither.

Every day truly is, a school day :D
