Had 2 more brews since last spoke (snatches dime bar back and crams in mouth):p

Boost bars are yummy, not as nice as dime bars but still really yummy. Anyway I decided to be good and am eating special k mini breaks (101 kcals)

PS Says the tomato flavoured crisps consumer??

Re coconut oil - I have some that I use on my eczema (sp?) I don't get it too badly but this really helps and means I don't have to resort to the dreaded steroids, keep meaning to try it in my hair as a conditioner but paranoid it won't come out and I'll look all greasy, I shall give it a go in the morning.

This thread makes me hungry these days...
