Typical - I subscribe to a bunch of diaries - make NPs one of my first stops and everyone's talking about pee :o

I largely ate cakes today, although I did represent the fruit corner by having a pint of cherryade...

    1 egg, poached
Cherry tomatoes fried in 1 tsp oil

    3 x tea, 1 x peppermint tea, 1 x coffee, water

Thank you for sharing your food diary on a fast day. It's interesting to see if this would be a possible approach for me.

    My food diary for today;

    #porridge
#cheese and onion square crisps and cheesy wotsits - oops
    #3 marshmallows
    #salad sandwich
#vegetable stir fry (also prawn crackers!)
    #small slice HM banana bread
    #small glass bitter lemon

No tea or coffee today (so far)

This morning when I went to the lady gym - later than usual - it was a Zumba class, however the first time I have actually really enjoyed Zumba, really sweaty and worked hard so will definitely go back.

For AJ - my stomach was bloated first thing this morning - before breakfast???? Right now it's a bit bloated, it will help to get rid of the lard though as this should give me a better idea.

    Money Yin
I nipped into the supermarket for veg and as I won't through the self-service checkout I paid in small change; 1p, 2p and 5p tee hee my purse no longer is heavy with small silver and coppers:p

    Money Yang
A neighbour's child came to the house today to see if I would sponsor him (money out, however all in a good cause)

I have pretty much finally finished the door that has undergone stripping since last year:T Only sanding and waxing left, then photographs will be provided (to those that want them!!)

Hope everyone has had a good day.
