I am quite embarrassed about my food diary today - although my stomach doesn't appear to be any more bloated (although I do feel full to bursting_pale_)

    # 2X weetabix
    # 1X coffee
    # Cadbury flake mouse thing
    # cheese and onion square crisps AND cheesy wotsits (totally unnecessary :wall:)
    # fish cake with spinach
    # cheese sandwich
    # mushrooms, egg, tomato and potato scone (veggie version of fry up)

Annoyed with myself at such a poor diet :o

On the + lady gym attended and door finished (just to be waxed).

Uni work LOOKED at (annoyed with myself regarding this also...)

    Hope everyone's okay.

I do like cinnamon, so when coconut oil arrives, I will give that one a go :T

I think you need to catch up with MWC to check her quantities, as her hooch was definitely gassy this morning - have you heard from either Butti or skint spice regarding their ginger beer?

No not yet ... Will have a chat on Facebook with them hopefully

When you get the oil put a spoon of coffee in the cup a spoon of oil and a splash of cinnamon mix it then add hot water and cream ... Yummy :-)

I use the coconut oil with my omelettes etc ... In fact I only ever use olive and coconut oil now ... Coconut oil is great for Indian, Thai and Indonesian foods ... I got a 10kg tub for £125 ... Will no doubt cost more when I buy the next lot lol

I thought I'll start posting my food entry for today :-)

Bowl of cereal (Frosties - the box needs to be emptied) with whole milk, a salad wrap for lunch, dinner, 2 cups of milky coffee (cafe au lait, if you want to be posh but then mine is 95% milk) and umpteen cups of Ribena and water. My weight now is 76kg, hope it will come down in the near future.

My MIL used to feed me bullet-proof coffee with raw egg in it or with ghee (clarified butter - 100% fat ) when I was carrying my older son and I weighed around 45 kg then so that I would put on weight. May be I am feeling the after-effects now 22 years later :o

http://www.bulletproofexec.com/how-to-make-your-coffee-bulletproof-and-your-morning-too/. Bullet proof coffee although the one I actually had was this one

But with coconut oil and cinnamon as well

Bleurgh I feel sick after reading that :(.

    Melon, yogurt, cereal
    Banana, apple, grapes
Pasta, roasted veg, cod & tomato sauce x 2 - couldn't be bothered making something different.
    3 little cereal bars.
    1oz low fat cheese.
    Tea x lots :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I think a special mention to should go to US for also including a photograph of her evening meal in her food diary:T

MWC and GG - your healthy food intake is showing up my poor Scottish diet no end. I'll make certain I start with porridge this morning, then take it from there....

By the way, I have moved on from kiddie porridge to proper adult porridge!!! One day at work (breakfast time) 3 colleagues were making porridge and arguing whose was best, and I was able to play goldilocks and try all 3 to settle the argument. As a result I actually like proper porridge :D

I have my boss, and two senior work colleagues over for lunch today. I thought I'd go all fancy so have purchased kettle crisps :rotfl:
