My quality crisps went down a treat, and we ate al fresco. I think that everyone was suitably impressed with my culinary skills (I took the crisps out of the bag and placed them in a bowl).

However, the pressure of entertaining has finally caught up with me, so may need to have a nana-nap to recover....

My coconut oil arrived this morning El :T I had a wee taste and also put some on my skin after showering (I feel all smooth:D)

I've already had coffee (don't drink that much), however I may try the cinnamon and coconut version later on.

How's the hooch? I hope it's finally fizzy

I am just about to get ready to go to lard-away-lady-gym. Hopefully by the time Monday comes around I will be;
