Wow natty, you're doing brilliantly...... Keep up the great work. I'd thought of something rather filthy in regards to having something between your thighs but I'll be good and just keep quiet....

Size 0 for me all the way:D I was reading today that the 'thigh gap' is the latest must have.....personally speaking I would rather have something between my thighs.

    What can Natty mean?

This: http://www.retinalscreener.com/2012/02/labour-of-love.html I am embarrassed to say is about me :o Currently 2 stone down - the money I save on crisps, choc and fat coke pays for my RC class and more.
Thigh gap here I come (what does one do with it when one has it?)

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Oh dear :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Sorry, but that was SO funny, and your friend writes very well. My friend is also an apple shape and has very slim legs. Congratulations on the weight loss and good luck with the baby pics :D.

Not a lot. You'd be too flipping weak from hunger :o.

Iona - you have truly made my ENTIRE weekend:rotfl:

A few years back - unsurprisingly the weight gain didn't simply appear overnight - a grandfather of a pupil asked when I was due....I explained embarrassingly that I wasn't, but the top I was wearing would go straight in the bin. Of course it wasn't the poor top's fault, but it got binned that evening.

I have often found myself in similar situations, such as having a conversation with the lady on the supermarket till resulting in her thinking I came from Barcelona......bit random and long winded but for some reason (mainly to stop her yaberring), I made out I was Spanish. Turned out her family were Spanish, and she was delighted to come across a kindred spirit. Of course, having been born in Glasgow, I am most definitely NOT Spanish:o

Thanks lula, it's not that I particularly want to have the thigh gap;)

That was what spurred me to lose weight too the "congratulations" from a colleague from a different office who I only saw once or twice a year, poor woman was mortified. I lost 2 and a half stone before I saw her the next year and she was still embarrassed and apologetic but I thanked her for giving me the push:D it does creep up on you doesn't it!
Iona, you must be a lovely person to keep up the pretence to spare her feelings :)

I was most definitely in weight gain denial for far too long, as even after receiving my congratulatory message, I automatically blamed the top I was wearing:cool:

I am determined not to buy any new clothes until I can fit back into my skinny jeans...at this point I will treat myself to a top I have my eye on - £50:eek: hopefully will go on sale by the time the lard disperses.

Final stripping today - although have to buy more nitro gunk unfortunately.....

Good. Get the inside finished as you have an MSE Summer Garden Party to organise so best get cracking at the bottom of the garden :D.

Good for you - it's good to have something to focus on, and you will more than the deserve the new top once you're back in to your skinnies... :)
  • Thanks guys - glad to spread a smile! My friend seriously is a writing genius and made even me laugh at the way it was written.
