Oh naw I totally forgot all about thunderbirds.....I should have done the bell jar drop to block out the inane ramblings - by the way she's not a nasty person, just someone who has a very elevated opinion of herself and knows everything about everything:cool:

She's a female David Brent/Alan Partridge and often gives me a laugh...not intentionally, but to coin skint_spice, just at some of the pish she comes out with:D

I tune out and imagine music when someone is going on like that, Benny Hill theme should do it, or Pina Colada song that is currently playing in my head:D

I work with a bloke like that and every time he starts I have an image of him in my head which makes me chuckle. Unfortunately I can't always stop the chuckle coming out, which is all well and good if I can mute a con call, but a tad embarrassing if we are together in the office

The image is of him in Y fronts, with a a string vest and a knitted hanky atop his head. No clue where the image came from but without exception it appears :rotfl::rotfl:

Enjoy tomorrow and hopefully you won't need the bell jar come Friday

I guess if we didn't have the 'character colleagues', work would be a fairly drab place, PLUS it gives us writing material in years to come

I used to have a deputy like that, i describe it as mood hoovering.. they enter the room and suck all the mood out like the noo noo in teletubbies. Anyway she once said to me, "ive noticed that everytime i enter the office you sigh" , i thought dont be ridiculous, I hide my feelings better than that, but then after she said it, i noticed i did! ooooppps
