Right, off the spread the joy at work whist troubleshooting everyone's educational worries away, like a female Lone Ranger.
Without a horse. And a mask. And the crappy theme tune.

oooops
been here but lurking a little... sorry!
I'm good thanks - hope things ok with you?
Yes that definitely is the downside of being a homeowner. This is my first house and I do miss being able to call up a landlord and let them take care of things for me ... although I have also had some shockingly bad landlords in the past too  - so have seen either side of that dilemma
:T for another CT free month. It does mean that the letters to say how much they will be asking us to 'donate' will be here soon though and I always hold my breath opening those....0 -
Are you still stripping that same door:eek::eek:?
Must get back to ebaying, I seem to say that every month and do absolutely nothing:oMortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
Mortgage balance: £36,210

Oooh very classic ( and lovely).... I remember when they used to sell a Bas for £495, it was only a few years ago and now the same bag is edging towards the £1k mark which just seems crazy....
Maybe I should hold on to my bags, they might actually go up in value!!
Good luck with the eBay listings and thanks for the tip re newgirly and her LC, just popped over to her diary for a catch up.0
