I think you should consider holding onto the bags - they are most definitely an investment, and yes, prices are increasing faster than houses!

That's good you've visited newgirly, It'll be good to compare notes - I of course will be crying with jealously at all the extension/decoration work you're getting done:p

Floors are washed and beautifully clean - won't last for long though:cool:

I really should have been in the garden today, pulling up all the brown stuff, but STILL stripping the door (in-between coming on here, and cups of tea of course)

I love that the day is so bright as it'll soon be spring:T

Quite a busy wee week ahead of me at work, however I do feel quite refreshed this weekend - having no alcohol has definitely been good for me, so am going for drymarch with ease:D

DH was in the garden a few days ago pulling up brown stuff. Brown stuff + cat sh** ...... For some reason during the winter months she does it in the garden. So annoying.

Maybe your brown stuff was something different?

I'm very proud of you radish:T

I have had a rather eventful time over the last 3 or so hours....I returned from the supermarket, as and I was pulling into the drive I caught sight of someone ducking down on my garage roof!
I charged through the house and couldn't open the door to get to the back garden - as a deck chair was pressed up against it!!! Anyway to cut a long story short I am waiting for the police to arrive as they would like to check for fingerprints.

PS nothing taken, but house is away to be fitted with additional security lighting in the back garden as FAR too secluded.

Also, bought 16 rolls of velv*t soft soft soft for £5 at Ms:T

Hi Natty, so sorry to hear your news. I'm sending a huge hug over. If this doesn't make you have a drink, you may be alcohol free for ever.

Thanks SS - a neighbour had noticed 2 young guys in the garden at my back door, but had thought it was perhaps my son and a friend so thought nothing of it:eek:
